Mt. Taylor Winter Quadrathlon

Mid February Every Year

Gear up for the Mt. Taylor Winter Quadrathlon—New Mexico’s ultimate endurance challenge! Held every February, this iconic event takes athletes from the streets of Grants to the snowy summit of Mt. Taylor and back, racing by bike, foot, ski, and snowshoe. It's a one-of-a-kind race that celebrates grit, elevation, and adventure.

Grants Farmers Market

Every Saturday, May-October

Shop fresh and local at the Grants Farmers Market! Held weekly during the summer and fall, the market brings together regional growers, artisans, and food vendors offering everything from ripe produce to handmade goods. It's a vibrant community gathering in the heart of downtown!

Celebrate wheels and Route 66 pride at Spokes on 66! This annual event in Grants brings together car lovers, cyclists, and adventurers for a day of shows, rides, food, music, and fun—all set along the Mother Road.

December, Every year

Kick off the festive season in Grants with the Holiday Light Parade and Main Street Cookie Crawl! Enjoy dazzling floats, sparkling lights, sweet treats, and plenty of cheer as the community comes together to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year.

Haunted Mine

October, Every Year

Each October, the New Mexico Mining Museum transforms its underground exhibit into the Haunted Mine, a spooky adventure filled with ghostly miners, eerie lights, and chilling sounds.
